MATTHEW LILLARD
Matthew is a veteran of both stage and screen, well known for his performances in over 50 films and television shows. Lillard is associated with Hollywood Box Office hits totaling over $800 million dollars in revenue worldwide, as well as critical darlings like SLC Punk! and Ed Burn’s The Groomsmen. His directorial debut Fat Kid Rules the World won the Audience Award at the SXSW in 2012. He has recently worked on the Amazon show BOSCH, Showtime's TWIN PEAKS, and the NBC drama GOOD GIRLS. Lillard gained renewed recognition for playing in the horror film FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY’S and has since starred in the film's 2025 sequel. In 2017, Matthew founded the 5 Jamma Slamma project with 5 Acres in Pasadena California. The annual event introduces kids in the foster care system to the power of spoken word and showcases their work in public performances that celebrate their stories and work.
HARPER MCDONALD
Harper has spent her professional career creating and maximizing fan-inspired revenue opportunities for the television, music and CPG industries. As a 20-year creative and digital agency veteran, Harper has crafted multi-channel commerce and marketing strategies for clients such as ABC, CBS, NBC, HBO, ConAgra and the Grateful Dead. Harper’s energies then focused on where her experience and passion intersect – working with companies to inspire a culture of good and create purpose-driven socially-conscious strategies that drive civic engagement and positive impact for her clients and our world. This shift toward purpose-driven work led her to engage more directly with community-based organizations focused on healing, equity, and human potential. Harper kick-started and developed a Homegirl-centric initiative at Homeboy Industries which created much needed programming, awareness and support specifically for the amazing women of Homeboy Industries. She currently serves as Executive Producer of The Coop with Kit, a podcast dedicated to amplifying the voices, experiences, and leadership of women over 40 through candid, community-building conversations.
